These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and purchases from DAO Store ("we", "us"). By accessing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

We strive to describe products accurately. Natural materials (ceramic, wood, paper, incense) may vary slightly in colour, grain, or finish. Images are illustrative.

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. We may correct typographical errors or update prices; if a price was clearly mistaken after you ordered, we will contact you before charging or shipping.

When you place an order you offer to buy the items selected. We may accept or decline orders (for example if stock is unavailable or fraud checks fail).

Payment is collected through our payment provider at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

You are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees where applicable.

Our detailed policy appears on the Shipping & returns page. In summary: defective or incorrectly shipped items may be returned or exchanged within the stated window; other returns may be limited to unused goods in original packaging where law allows.

Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method where possible.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Site content (text, images, logos) is owned by DAO Store or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We exclude implied warranties where allowed.

Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction you select at checkout or, if none, the laws applicable to our operating entity.

Disputes should first be resolved by contacting our support team in good faith.
